Non-Refundable Deposits
• A deposit is required to secure and place an order with us.
• No order will be processed or materials ordered until the deposit has been received in full.
• All deposits are non-refundable once paid. Products are ordered specifically to the customer’s individual
measurements, specifications, or requirements.
• Once ordered, these items cannot be resold or reused, making the deposit non-recoverable.
Cancellation
• If the customer cancels the order after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be retained to cover
ordering, preparation, and administration costs.
• Cancellation does not release the customer from liability for any additional costs already incurred beyond
the deposit.
Balance Payment
• The remaining balance is due in full on the day of delivery or installation.
Payment Methods
• We accept payment by bank transfer or cash only.
Acceptance of Terms
• Payment of the deposit confirms the customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.
